Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash value, used to pay for medical visits and/or an existing medical balance, memberships, subscriptions, and Weight Management Programs.
Discounted and VIP Gift Cards may only be used to purchase products and/or cosmetic services at their regular price.
Only 1 VIP member per VIP Gift Card purchase. Only the VIP member may receive the VIP member benefits and exclusive 20% off pricing once the gift card balance has been utilized. VIP benefits, credits, and special pricing expire January 31, 2026.
