How it works:
The $99 membership fee will be automatically withdrawn from the card provided at sign up and applied to your account monthly. The amount that you accumulate between treatments will be used towards your future Botox®, Xeomin®, or Daxxify treatment. The number of units used during each treatment may vary based upon the amount of money accrued and/or frequency of treatment. If additional Botox®, Xeomin®, or Daxxify units are needed and exceed credit on account, they may be purchased at the Neurotoxin Club exclusive price of $12 per unit (general price $14 per unit). Neurotoxin Club members will receive two complimentary $100 filler vouchers, which may be redeemed separately every 6 months. Additionally, Allē℠ members have the opportunity to use their Allē℠ rebates towards additional Botox®, Xeomin®, Filler, SkinMedica® products, Latisse®, CoolTone® and CoolSculpting® (only applicable for Botox Club Members).
