“I was met at the front counter by a friendly representative who efficiently checked me in. I was called in a few minutes later to an examination room by another friendly representative. I disrobed and Julie was in just a few minutes later. I can’t say enough of how professional and pleasant it is to work with Julie. She removed a wart in a most efficient manner while making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was rescheduled for an annual appointment very quickly and left the office. I commend you for hiring a sufficient number of staff to make me feel respected and to manage and train them to work together as an effective team.”
