Meet Dr. Behr

Kathleen L. Behr, MD is a board-certified dermatologic surgeon. She obtained her medical degree in 1990 and completed a residency in dermatology at the University of California, Los Angeles in 1995. Dr. Behr then completed fellowships in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic surgery at UCLA. She continued on at UCLA as an assistant clinical professor until 2001 when she moved to Fresno.

Meet Dr. Yeh-to

Dr. Chia Yeh-To has been Board Certified in family medicine since 2003 and has practiced dermatology since 2008. Dr. Yeh-To attended Baylor University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She then completed her Medical Doctorate at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO.

Meet Dr. Shantharam

Dr. Behr is excited to welcome Dr. Shantharam into the practice. Dr. Rohini Shantharam is a board-certified dermatologist. Born and raised in Fresno, she left the Central Valley to attend Virginia Commonwealth University for both her undergraduate degree and medical school.

Meet Julie Caldwell, MSN, FNP-BC

Julie Caldwell is a Board-Certified Masters-prepared Nurse Practitioner. Julie grew up in the Central Valley and graduated from Fresno State University. She has over 25 years of healthcare experience.

Meet Marissa Carrillo, PA-C

Marissa studied as CSU Fresno, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. She went on to pursue a career in medicine where she attended the Physician Assistant program at Stanford University, graduating in 2002. Since 2003, Marissa has been a full-time Physician’s Assistant. She has extensive training in family and emergency medicine.
