Kathleen L. Behr, M.D. 
Dr. Kathleen L. Behr is a board-certified dermatologic surgeon. She obtained her medical degree in 1990 and completed a residency in dermatology at the University of California, Los Angeles in 1995. Dr. Behr then completed fellowships in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic surgery at UCLA. She continued on at UCLA as an assistant clinical professor until 2001 when she moved to Fresno.
Dr. Behr has received several honors and awards. She was chief resident her last year of residency. She received the Victor Newcomer award for teaching while at UCLA. Dr. Behr was voted best dermatologist by her peers in Fresno Magazine in 2007 and 2009. She is a published author and lecturer.
She is a Fellow for the American Academy of Dermatology, the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery & Cutaneous Oncology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Behr specializes is dermatologic surgery including Mohs micrographic surgery and cosmetic dermatology.
